This is Russian M35 Officer Belt with Shoulder strap. This belt was introduced to Soviet officers in 1935. It was used by all army branches including NKVD, except the Navy. This belt has brass buckle with star hammer circle. It can be snapped on very conveniently. It was made in Russia, identical to the originals. Belt is available in two sizes, Size 3-(32  to 37in, Total length 49in ) and Size 4-(36 to 42 in , Total length of belt 54 in). This is an excellent reproduction. Man- made leather.
