Jubilee badge for the school of the cavalry officers.
Shield, resembling in chape a horse-shoe , covered
with  black enamel,surrounded by a gold ribbon with  a red  enamel stripe passing in the middle of the ribbon at full  length of the  latter. On the ribbon there are  two inscriptions :" Учебный кавалершск. эскадронъ" ( Training cavalry  squadron),  " Образцовый кавалершск. полкъ" ( Model cavalry regiment). The upper edge of the shieldis overlain by an oxidized   State   Emblem  whith a gold -rimmed white  enamel   Maltese Gross, on whith the monogram  of Paul  I.  Below the State  Emblem  on the shield  there are a cavalry  sword ,a sable and a broadsword  crossing  each other  ,  points  upwards  Their hilts are  gold ,the blades are silver.   The lower part of the shield is  surrounded with  a gold half  wreath of  laurel   and oak branches  ,  onthe intersection  of  which  there is mounted a gold  dumb-bells-like shield with the dates 1809-1909. Above  the shield there is a gold wavy ribbon  with a red enamel  stripe in the  middle  of it  and  with   the  inscription:  " Офицерская  квалершск. школа "  ( Officers  cavalry  school )
