This early period, fully functional replica of a native American gunstalk tomahawk was was handcrafted as closely as possible by one of our master Craftsman at the northwind trading company. The handle is a solid perfectly curved piece shrub oak, chosen for its extreme durability. The blades are made translucent honey onyx also chosen for its extreme durability was ground down and shaped to accompany its handle . The head is hafted to the handle with deer rawhide and the handle is wrapped and adorned with authentic buckskin. It took approximately 10 hours of labor to create this beautiful tomahawk. This piece is strong , lite and Fast , it served only one purpose . In the right hands this primitive stone tomahawk was a feared and respected .
