Beautiful Vintage Jonteel Face Powder Box

Description

This beautiful round Vintage Jonteel Face Powder Box was made by Liggetts New York sometime around 1928.  This black box with the colorful red, green and purple art deco bird on the lid is in very good condition with only a couple of tiny scrapes on the top.  It measures  3 1/2" in diameter and 3/4" high and has no powder inside.  Inside on the bottom of the box someone has written "Virginias curl".  This box has become increasingly hard to find and would be a great addition to anyone's collection.
