For sale is the 2017 Falkland Island Britannia with the "Britannia Rules the Waves" slogan
.  Minted by the Pobjoy Mint, on behalf of the Falkland Islands, these coins had a very limited mintage of only 7,329 coins due to a mint error.  Each coin comes with a reverse proof finish, contains 1 troy ounce of .999 fine silver and ships in an Air-Tite protective coin capsule within it's own velvet pouch.

Released on behalf of the Falkland Islands in 2017, this silver bullion coin was struck from 1 Troy oz. of .999 pure silver with a limited mintage of 50,000 coins issued worldwide. This is the first silver bullion coin released by the Falkland Islands and features a heroic image of Britannia along with a visually appealing Reverse Proof finish. What makes this issue particularly unique is that it features the text "Britannia Rules the Waves." After striking just 7,329 coins with this text, it was discovered that it was in violation of the Britannia trademark regulations. They were forced to remove the motto from the rest of the 50,000 coin mintage, resulting in this unique variety.
Featuring the first silver bullion design from the Falkland Islands.
Appearing on the obverse is a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II this is an exclusive portrait used by the Pobjoy Mint.
The reverse features a heroic design of Britannia. She stands against the waves and the wind holding her iconic trident. Encircling the design is the inscription 'BRITANNIA RULES THE WAVES' along with the coins specifications.
