  • Condition: Showing some yellowing type discoloration and a staple hole where the return envelope was attached. This is folded in half and there is a tear in the left edge just above the fold point, (the paper is fragile).

    Measures 5.5 x 8.5 inches and folds out to 2 times that size, then 8 pages.
